Here are Donna's triangles. The question was...could she get them all sewn together in one evening? They are for a class today.
She sewed really fast! And yes, she got them all sewn together in pairs....
In teh meantime, Linda worked on her Storm at Sea blocks
Olivia, on the other hand, had to get ready for School so she had to take a bath.
Michele took the night off. She was really tired. And I didn't hear from Kim. So that was the excitement at my house on Thursday night.
Today Kevin wanted to go to Artist Point up at Mt. Baker, but it looks like they closed the road in anticipation of the snow this weekend...it's just cold, but not wet yet here.
If we don't go on a daytrip, then I will sort Olivia's old clothes to go to consignment, and maybe even get them delivered. And I have a sewing project I want to get done before October 1...

I wondered what Donna's fabric was--it looked like cooked spinach or collard greens or something! FROGS! Fun fabric! I got the 65 roses pancakes sewn into three chunks of three rows each. But then I got the itch to do some quilting on Donna's giant log cabins, so I threaded it up for quilting, then didn't know what I was going to do! I'm doing laundry instead. Started the fifth load this morning...
Dang--I didn't notice how short Linda's hair was! Nice haircut, Linda! Can't wait to see the next installment on the Patchwork Pirates!
Love to all,
Karen
